The EAA has been involved in the efforts to save the Graeco-Roman thermal town of Allianoi in Turkey from flooding. Here is an update from The Guardian on Allianoi and other sites in Turkey that are under threat from the construction of irrigation dams.

The European Archaeologist (TEA), the newsletter of the EAA, has just been published again. Issue 25 contains, among others, a short report by our President Anthony Harding about "That Bosnian Pyramid" and an obituary of Andrew Sherratt who died last year.
